Will my home function if the Internet is disconnected?
You will be able to use all the systems as usual, but without an internet connection, you will not be able to control the functions by voice or manage the home when you are not there.
Will I be able to change the settings or scenarios in my Smart Home?
You can do this with our help or on your own. It does not require purchasing new licenses or the involvement of the same specialist who set up your home. In our system, everything is simple!
What makes your system different from others?
Our hardware and software are created by professionals, taking into account the experience we gained by integrating solutions from other manufacturers. It is reliable, offers extended functionality, has a simple and intuitive interface, and takes up less space. Compared to wireless systems, it does not require periodic adjustments and maintenance, and it is secure.
What switches and lights should I use?
We do not limit our clients to using switches of a specific standard. You can use hardware and lights from any manufacturer. This allows you to implement any ideas your designer has for the interior of your home.
Smart Video
Can I view cameras on my smartphone?
Yes. You can watch live video, receive event notifications, and review archives directly from the app.
How secure are the cameras? Can they be hacked?
We use systems with modern encryption and official software. Access is protected with strong passwords, user roles, and notifications of suspicious logins.
Can cameras be connected to the security system?
Yes. Cameras integrate with alarms: when an alert is triggered, the system captures photos or video clips to quickly verify the situation.
How much does installation cost?
The price depends on the number of cameras, their features (night vision, viewing angle, resolution), and the storage method. We always provide several options — from basic to advanced solutions.
What happens if the internet or electricity goes down?
The system continues recording locally, and when the connection is restored, it synchronises the data. Backup power (UPS) can also be installed if needed.

Can I control the system from my smartphone?
Yes, you can arm and disarm the system, receive notifications, and view the event history directly from your phone.
What happens if the internet or power goes out?
The system continues to operate autonomously and will notify you as soon as the connection is restored.
Can it be connected to a security company?
Yes, if you wish, we can integrate the system with a professional monitoring center.
Does it work with cameras?
Yes, you can connect cameras from different manufacturers. Video and photo verification help you immediately assess the situation.
Seamless Wi-Fi
Do I need to install new cables for seamless Wi-Fi?
Not always. If the property already has a cable infrastructure, we use it to achieve maximum stability. In other cases, wireless access points can be linked together. We select the option individually, minimizing installation work while maintaining high quality.
How many access points will my home or office need?
It depends on the size, layout, and wall materials. An apartment may need only 2 access points, a two- or three-story house usually requires 3–5, while a hotel or office covering several hundred square meters needs a tailored design to guarantee equally stable coverage everywhere.
Will the network work outdoors — in the yard, on the terrace, or in the garden?
Yes. Special outdoor access points can be installed, providing the same seamless transition as indoors. This way, a video call or stream won’t drop even if you step out from your office to the balcony.
Can I create a separate network for guests or employees?
Yes. Seamless Wi-Fi supports guest networks with restricted access. This is convenient for hotels, offices, and even private homes — your guests get internet access without seeing your internal devices or data.
How much does seamless Wi-Fi cost, and is it worth it?
The cost depends on the property’s size, layout, and coverage requirements. The system requires no monthly fees and reduces support costs: fewer complaints from staff or guests and fewer disruptions due to unstable connections. In the long run, the investment pays off quickly thanks to its reliability and convenience.
Home Cinema
How much does a home cinema cost?
The investment depends on room size, equipment level and additional features. We usually prepare several proposals — from essential setups to premium solutions — so you can compare performance and budget before making a decision.
How long does installation take?
Timeframes vary from a few days to several weeks, depending on complexity. A fully equipped cinema with acoustic treatment takes longer than a more compact setup.
Will the system integrate with my interior?
Yes. Projectors, screens and speakers can be discreetly built in or customised to match the room’s design. The technology can remain almost invisible until you switch it on.
Is the system future-proof?
Yes. We plan cabling, rack space and layout in advance, so upgrades — such as adding extra speakers, upgrading to the next-generation projector or expanding with new features — are straightforward and cost-effective.
Multiroom Audio Solutions
Do I need to renovate to install multiroom?
Not always. In many cases, we can integrate wireless or hybrid solutions without major works. For new builds or renovations, we prepare structured cabling for maximum reliability.
Can I play different music in different rooms?
Yes. Each zone can be independent, or all zones can be grouped to play the same track.
Is the sound quality as good as in hi-fi systems?
Absolutely. Modern amplifiers and speakers provide excellent quality, from discreet ceiling speakers to premium hi-fi setups.
Can multiroom connect with my smart home?
Yes. Music can be part of automation scenarios — for example, “Morning” turns on lights, raises blinds and starts your favourite playlist.
Power Supply Solutions
Do I need a separate UPS for each device?
No, the system is designed as a whole. In most cases, we protect entire circuits or groups of equipment. This is more efficient and easier to maintain than having individual UPS units for every device.
How long will the systems run during a power outage?
It depends on the capacity of the UPS and the chosen configuration. For homes and offices, we typically plan for 30–90 minutes of backup time, and if needed, additional batteries or a generator can provide long-term support.
Can such a system actually reduce electricity bills?
Yes. Smart switching and energy monitoring help eliminate unnecessary consumption. Combined with solar panels or aerothermal systems, part of the load can be shifted entirely to renewable sources.
Is major renovation required for installation?
Not always. In new builds or during major renovations, we plan structured cabling in advance. In existing properties, we use hybrid solutions — a mix of wired and wireless components — to minimise disruption.
What happens when the equipment becomes outdated?
We design systems with spare capacity and upgrade paths in mind. Structured cabling, racks and reserve power allow you to add new devices or energy sources in the future without having to rebuild the entire system.
